Larry G. Rowe, 73, of Huntington, WV passed away Monday, June 23, 2014 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born October 11, 1940 in Huntington, WV son of the late Arthur and Myrtle Workman Rowe. He was the last surviving of ten children. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Alice Lynn Rowe; three children Brett Rowe of Huntington, WV, Steven Rowe of Charlotte, NC and Michael J. (Kara) Rowe of New Cumberland, WV; two grandchildren Caleb and Abigail; and brother-in-law Dennis Adkins. He was of Methodist faith and retired from INCO Alloys with 30 plus years of service. Larry enjoyed golf, the beach, yard work, painting, but most of all spending time with his grandchildren, whom he loved and adored. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Rev. John Sauvage. Visitation will be held 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington, WV or a charity of ones choice.
