 Betty Frances Ross, 86, of Branchland, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2014. She was born July 23, 1927, in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Richard and Audra Gue Holton. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Austin Ross; one brother, William Holton and two sisters, Hermia Ross and Roxie Sis Lucas. She is survived by three sons, Ronnie Wayne Ross, Jeff Ross (Susan) and Randy Keith Ross (Suzanne); foster daughter, Linda Euler; daughter-in-law, Doris Adkins; one brother, Harlan Holton (Linda); nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, June 30, 2014 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel with Rev. Alan Frye officiating. Burial will follow in Green Valley Cemetery, Branchland. I am very sorry to learn about your mother's passing. My mom was a resident at Rose Terrace so I often saw Betty sitting in the dining room. She was a sweet lady and I always spoke to her when I passed by her. I know you will miss your mother tremendously, as I do mine. With sympathy and prayers, Kathy (Betty Booth's daughter)

To the entire Ross family and Doris: Betty was such a wonderful women who cared for and touched so many lives. From the very first day I met her she made me feel welcome and part of your family. I am so sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with each and everyone of you.
