Elizabeth Dawn Cummings, of Huntington, died 17 July 2014 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Named for both her maternal and paternal grandmothers, she and her family were blessed with 77 days together, not a moment of which was spent without love and happiness. Her last moments were painless, and with those that cared for her the most. She was ushered into this world with the rising sun, 2 May 2014, and she left it at the same time of day, and in the same company. She is survived by her mother, Cady Virginia Cummings nèe Jones, 22, her father, Deric Mason Cummings, 23, and her sister, Autumn Jean Cummings, 2, all of whom live in Huntington. In addition, she is survived by her grandparents, Heather Friend, Eric Cummings (paternal), Tami Phillips and Skip Phillips, Brian Jones and Dawn Jones (maternal), her uncles, Alex Cummings, Cody Grabowski, and Zachary Jones, her aunt, Nicholai Jones, her cousin, Maika Jones, her great-grandparents, John and Sue Cummings, Debra and Donald Friend (paternal), Gary and Arlene Jones, Shirley and David Norup (maternal), her great great-grandparents, Richard and Joanne Fulks (paternal), Beverly Little (maternal). A memorial service open to the public will be available courtesy of Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio from 2:00-4:00 p.m., Saturday, July 19, 2014.
