Shirley Pauline Riley Johnson, 94, of Proctorville, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 1, 2014 at St. Mary's Medical Center after a long illness. She was born October 20, 1919 in Lawrence County, Ohio to the late Raymond J. and Edith M. Ellis Riley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son William Billy Johnson, Jr.; grandson Duane Johnson; and one sister Edna Riley Danford. She is survived by her husband William Bill Johnson, Sr.; two daughters Shelia A. Johnson Lewis and Janice M. Johnson both of Proctorville, Ohio; one brother Leslie Riley; and daughter-in-law Sally Johnson. Shirley also has 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren who survive her and loved her very much. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Minister Brad Poe. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
