 Chester (Chet) Mc Elhaney Jr. passed away Friday August 1,2014. He was born June 17,1941 the son of the late Chester H. and Marian (Nurmi) Mc Elhaney Sr.in Warren Ohio.
Chet worked in manufacturing for Frigidaire in Greenville and retired from Gill Manufacturing in Grand Rapids. He attended Greenville Community Church.
He is survived by his wife Wanda L. Mc Elhaney, his four daughters; Teresa (Garry) Durham of Muskegon, Julie (Dave)Pfauth of Charlotte,Michelle (Jeremy) Wirtz of Missouri, Renee (Greg) Cudney of Lowell,Wanda's sons, Chad (Deanna) Muriset of Cedar Springs, Cameron (Melissa) Reynolds of Callahan, Florida,grandchildren,Ashley, Mcenna,Kayla,Tennille, Bryce,Dylan and Kaitlyn,great granddaughter Adalynn,step grandchildren, Rebecca, Hailey,Zach, Erin, Malachi,Meadow,Dawson and Jared, daughter-in-law Marcia Reynold of Ballston Spa,NY and step grand children, David and Amelia and cousins.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday August 6, 2014 at 1 PM from Hurst Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Heron of Greenville Community Church officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11 AM to 1 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding.
Memorial contributions may be given to Pink Arrow Pride in care of Lowell Community Wellness, PO Box 246 Lowell, MI 49331.
