Louise Stephens, 89, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014 at home. She was born February 11, 1925 in Hazard, KY daughter of the late Bill and Maggie Mae Delaney. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son John Yates, Jr; two grandsons Ricky and Arthur Childers; and two brothers Tom Delaney and Don Rayhurt. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses. She is survived by two daughters Linda (Arthur) Childers and Norma (Charles) Mayenschein both of Chesapeake, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, August 15, 2014 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Elder Denver Majher. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, August 15, 2014 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Louise will be missed at our kingdom hall. She was always happy and had a smile on her face. She loved the truth and now she waits for a resurrection as promise in the bible to everlasting life.. Well Done Louise you led a hard but satisfying Life...........Larry Johns

Mrs Stevens will be missed very much in our neighborhood. She was a much Loved neighbor to all. She watched all our kids grow up and was now seeing our grandchildren. We Love and miss you Mrs Stevens.

Norma & family, I'm so sorry for your loss. In the few times that I had the pleasure of talking to your mother, I could tell she was a wonderful lady, and will be greatly missed. Victoria always spoke so lovingly of her Grandma Rose.
