I worked with Jim for 17 years. The only word I could come up is exceptional. Jim defines exceptional as person and friend. You will be truely missed.

I worked with Jim at the FCI for over 20 years. He had the respect of both staff and inmates at the facility. No one could ask for a better co-worker to beside them. Jim will be missed by many. So sorry for your loss.

I worked with Jim his entire career at FCI Ashland, and also as a security guard for Burns International Security at the Huntington Mall shortly after I had graduated high school and Jim had just left the Air Force. Jim was truly a good man, I know none finer. He was an outstanding role model as a Christian and a man. My prayers and sympathy.

My deepest sympathies on Jim's passing. The 7 years I knew Jim were a blessing. I appreciate the many conversations we had about family, politics and life in general. He was always insightful and steadfast in his beliefs. He will be truly missed.

To Jim's family, I worked with Jim his whole career. He was a good friend, and I will miss him dearly. God takes from us those that he loves so much that when their mission is done he calls them home. He is with the Lord now and is comforted. Jim planted many, many, seeds here at work and I'm sure abroad in his many travels. Jim was loved by all that knew him. He was a true man that resides in heaven awaiting our arrival. God Bless your family. Angie if you need anything call the prison, anyone here would be glad to help you.

Angie, Joel, and Aaron. Jim was a good friend that I spent many years with side by side at the Prison in Ashland. I can truly say I never met a better man. I wish I could find the words but there are none. Heaven gained a soul and we all lost a great friend, husband and father. Love you buddy and rest in peace, you deserve it.
