Graveside services for Fredrick William Billy Sharp Jr., 67, of Silsbee will be 11:00 am Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Knupple Cemetery under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home. A viewing will be 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Sharp died September 15, 2014 at his residence.
A native and lifelong resident of Silsbee, Billy had worked construction and was currently co-owner of Sharp Canoe Rentals for many years.
Mr. Sharp is preceded in death by his parents, Fredrick William Fritz Sharp Sr. and Georgia Inez Flanakin Sharp; son Justin Rhodes and sister Wanda Gore.
Survivors include his wife Shirley Sharp of Silsbee; son William Earl Bean Sharp and wife Tosha of Silsbee; step son Richard Capo of Silsbee; brother Joe Sharp of Austin; sister Charlotte Woods and husband Burley of Silsbee; grandchildren Nick Sharp, Wyatt Sharp, Tanner Rhodes, Mason Rhodes, Jewel Sharp and Taylor Sharp and niece Bridget Gore.
In lieu of flowers and at the request of family, donations may be made to Farmer Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses.
