James Leroy Turnbill Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1952 - 2014 James Leroy Turnbill, 61, of Huntington, WV passed away Thursday October 23, 2014 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born December 16, 1952 in Huntington, WV to the late James L. and Marjorie Turnbill. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his ex-wife Penny Hall; and three siblings. He is survived by two daughters, Michelle (Clarence) Davis, and Anna Hamlin; five grandchildren Catlin, Coty, Colton, Zach, and Isaiah. A memorial service will be held 6:30 p.m. Monday October 27, 2014 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Tom Jones. I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was a good friend to a very dear friend of mine Paul E Powers. I just saw Jim about 3-4 weeks ago, I cant imagine that he is gone. May God give all of you peace. Sincerely Janie Fraback
