Robert E. Rowley, 78, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at home. He was born September 2, 1936 in Munich, IN son of the late James and Alice Wright Rowley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant daughter Theresa Rowley; granddaughter Teresa Billups; and one brother Walter Bus Rowley. He was a retired truck driver. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by one daughter Michelle (Robert) Billups of Tobaccoville, North Carolina; two grandsons Joshua and Thomas Billups; two great granddaughters Haylee and Zoey; one brother William Bill Rowley of Gallia Co., Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Private family graveside services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. I enjoyed Bob's company both as a bowler and as a really good man . He will be missed by many.

Bob, Michelle, Josh and Tom,
May God wrap him arms around you and give you peace during this time. PawPaw Bob was the best man, so kind and caring. He loved Haylee and Zoey so very much....I know that we will see him again one day. Love you.
