1924 - 2014
 Gloria Marie Peek, 90, of Huntington, WV went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 31, 2014 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. She was born May 6, 1924 in Clarksburg, WV daughter of the late Percy L. and Thelma D. Davisson Peek. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Charles Richard Peek. She was a member of Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church, Huntington, WV and a former member of Beverly Hills Womens Club. She was affiliated with Habitat for Humanity and formerly employed as a buyer at The Huntington Store. She is survived by one son Richard D. Rosenblum (Christina) of Huntington, WV; one grandson David Alan Rosenblum of Hurricane, WV; one nephew James C. Peek of Howard, Ohio; and one niece Janice Peek of Flemington, NJ. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church, Huntington, WV by Pastor Jack Lipphardt. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. To the family of Gloria:
I am a member of Church Women United. Today, at a gathering of CWU, Gloria was warmly remembered.
Some years ago, she invited me to lunch in her apartment. It was a delicious meal and special time.
