MY MESSAGE IS TO TREVOR`S FAMILY,MY NIECE RECEIVED A NEW HEART AND KIDNEY YESTERDAY BECAUSE OF AN ORGAN DONOR........SHE IS IN ANN ARBOR, AT THE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL. THIS IS HER SECOND HEART. HER LAST ONE LASTED 16 YEARS. I PRAY ALL PARENTS, HUSBANDS AND WIVES MAKE THE DECISION TO BE ORGAN DONOR, IT GIVE`S LIFE TO SO MANY WHO MAY NEVER HAVE A CHANCE TO LIVE, ANY TYPE OF LIFE...... MANY ARE BORN WITH DEFECTS. MY PRAY CONTINUES FOR THOSE WHO WILL WALK PROUD LIVING BECAUSE TREVOR`S UNSELFISH PARENTS MAKING THE DECISION TO BE DONORS.........AMEN ! Darci,
I read where so many donations were made because you loss of a loved one. I am an organ donor and I hope that many will be able to read your reply and change their minds to become an organ donor. I applaud you for letting others know, you did the right thing! It must please you to know that your son will continue to live in others! Bless you!!

Thank you all for you loving support and kind words.
* one good thing is six lives were saved today and had operations/organ transplants ... 6 separate organ recipients received organs that literally will save thier lives ..
°heart
°2 lungs donated
°2 kidneys
°Liver
Then 2 separate BLIND individuals each received eye cornea&tissue so they will each have 1 viable eye with sight now ..... His bones in his legs were donated to an orthopedic military program for wounded soldiers ....
And finally Bone Marrow was donated .

Trevor Kevin Thompson age 22 formerly of Greenville passed away at Mercy Health St. Mary's Campus, Grand Rapids. He was born May 12, 1992 in Greenville the son of Kevin and Darci M. (Higginson) Thompson. Trevor was schooled in graphic arts through the Graphite Arts Training Foundation and was employed by Grandville Printing Company. He loved hunting, fishing, the out of doors, especially with his quads and dirt bikes, always a competitor, especially to be the fastest. He loved animals, especially his dogs and had an infectious smile for everyone. He enjoyed his music, mostly "Pink Floyd" and "The Doors". Trevor has a special love and care for his younger brother Zack.
