Herman Lambert, 78, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Tuesday November 18, 2014 at home. He was born May 18, 1936 in Lincoln, County, WV to the late Ward and Allie Adkins Lambert. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers Hershel, Harold, and Burley Glen Lambert. He was a retired machinist from AC&F. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Pheba Adkins Lambert; one son Randall (Terri) Lambert of Chesapeake, Ohio; one daughter Anita Lambert (Eddie) Pennington of Chesapeake, Ohio; four grandchildren Gregory Burger Lambert, Randi (Tim) Webb, Chad (Amanda) Pennington, and Seth Pennington; three great grandchildren Cameron Lambert, Timothy Webb, and Caleb Pennington; two brothers Herbert (Connie) Lambert of Chesapeake, Ohio and Bob (Mary) Lambert of Chesapeake, Ohio; five sisters Christene Hilderbrand of Brea, Ohio, Anna Gay Workman of Chesapeake, Ohio, Charlotte Lutsy of Berea, Ohio, Joyce (Donnie) Egnot of Maxburg, Ohio and Delores (Fred) Arbaugh of Maxburg, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday November 22, 2014 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor John Lee Gilkerson III. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday November 22, 2014 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory.
