Our entire family was saddened to hear of Shirley's passing. We have such wonderful memories being neighbors, you all were like family from the moment we moved onto Forest Dr. My children have precious memories of both Jim & Shirley and the fish pond and going over for apples. Love and hugs to all of you. Wish we could have been there in person to tell you we love you.

Jim and girls, I am thinking about you today as I have learned of the passing of your sweet Shirley/Mom. She has graduated and is now in the most awesome place that is for all of us if we believe in Jesus Christ. I was just visiting Shirley a little over a month ago when my sister Janet and I traveled through West Virginia. What a blessing we had when we dropped by and were able to have such a deep conversation with Shirley and Jim. I am so relieved to hear of her testimony of her love for Jesus and her readiness to graduate when the time was right. Well, here we are and she is now with The Lord. I am sad for the sorrow you guys must feel as I too have had to let go of my wonderful parents. I cannot imagine what it must feel like to experience the loss of my spouse. Jim, you have been a wonderful husband and I am so proud of the way you cared for your wife. You truly are a beautiful example for all of us. I know you love her dearly. May God bless you this day and may you find His comfort while you grieve the loss of Shirley. Thankfully we all can see her again someday!
