Funeral services for Clyde Lynnwood Buckner, 88, of Silsbee will be 10:00 am Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at R S Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Buckner passed away December 12, 2014 at Pine Arbor Health Care in Silsbee.
A native of Huntington, Clyde was a longtime Silsbee resident. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for TX DOT.
He is preceded in death by his wife Vivian Buckner; son Louis Buckner and parents I. N. and Dottie Buckner.
Survivors include sons Darrell Buckner of Silsbee, William Buckner of Carthage, Joe Buckner and Walter Buckner both of Zavalla and Carl Buckner of Brenham; daughters Peggy Willman and Kathy Vaught both of Silsbee; brother Oscar Buckner of Huntington; sister Geraldean Nerren of Huntington; nineteen grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
