Margaret LaFay Tatom Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1935 - 2015 Funeral services for Margaret LaFay Tatom, 79, of Silsbee will be 11:00 am Monday, January 12, 2015 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Plainview Cemetery in Pineland. Visitation will begin 5:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs Tatom passed away at Pine Arbor Healthcare Center on January 8, 2015. A native of Geneva, Texas LaFay was a lifelong resident of Silsbee. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Tatom was preceded in death by her loving husband Gerald Dwain Tatom, and parents Sidney and Laura King Chambers. Survivors include sons Jerry Tatom and wife Gay of Harrison, Ark, Keith Tatom of Silsbee, Christopher Tatom and wife Gina of Silsbee and Kenneth Tatom of Silsbee; sister Jeanette Williams of Jasper; grandchildren Heather, Judd, Keith Jr., Kristen, Kailey, Lauran, Kimberly and Jason; great grandchildren Keith III, Zack, Alissa and Jaden Mrs. Tatom will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Thinking of you through time of loss. Every time I see my flowers bloom I think of Mrs. Tatom. She loved plants but the reason why is because her personality just always blossomed. Every time you saw her she just smiled that sweet smile, She could just make your day. May God be with each of you and know that she has her heavenly home awaiting!
