GERALDINE JOHNSON MEADOWS, 93, of Milton, W.Va., passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness, with her family at her side, on Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2015, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born June 20, 1921, in Kincaid, W.Va., a daughter of the late Edward Howard Kincaid and Mary Myrtle Myers Kincaid. She was a retired cafeteria manager with Cabell County Board of Education and was a former employee of Blenko Glass. She was preceded in death by her first husband Waldo Johnson, her second husband Raymond Meadows, a daughter Connie Sue Carter, a son Gale Johnson, three sisters and two brothers. She is survived by two daughters, Linda (Robert) Jenkins and Barbara Jefferson, both of Milton; one son, Dale (Greg Dodd) Johnson of Milton; four grandchildren, Derrick (Kristen) Johnson, Kyle Johnson, Megan Johnson, and Justin Carter; one great-grandchild, Oliver Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.
