Patricia Ann Black, 67, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at The Village of Riverview. She was born July 4, 1947, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Luther Henry Clagg and Helen Maxine Ferguson Clagg. She was also preceded in death by her husband Thomas Jackson Black; two sisters Barbara Lee Clagg and Betty Pickett; and one brother James Luther Clagg. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa and Frank Blizzard and Robin and Shane Adkins; one step son Harless Black; one sister, Helen Blair; four grandchildren Ryan Clagg, Cameron Blizzard, Hunter Nichols, and Reagan Adkins. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, January 30, 2015 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Minister Norma Waugh. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Miss Patty and the girls would like to thank her family at The Village of Riverview for their love and support. Lisa,
I am so very sorry for the loss of your mommy. She was a sweet and kind woman. I always enjoyed talking to her when she would come to the front desk. My prayers are with you and your entire family.
