Tommy Price Anders Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1935 - 2015 A graveside service for Tommy Price Anders, 79, of Spurger, will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Liberty Hill Cemetery in San Augustine. Visitation will be from 5 pm until 8 pm Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Farmer Funeral Home. Mr. Anders died January 28, 2015 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. A native of San Augustine, he was a long time resident of Spurger. Tommy was retired from Temple Inland and a boilermaker and fireman by trade. He proudly served his country in the US Army. Mr. Anders is preceded in death by his parents Joe Bailey and Marjorie Aleph Smith Anders and brothers Terrell Anders and Joe Bailey Anders Jr. Survivors include his daughter Karla Shay Dozier and husband Donald of Spurger; brothers, Jimmy Anders of Kountze, Gerald Ray Anders of Kountze, David Lee Anders of Orange; sisters Jo Ann Dorsett of Lubbock and Barbara Nell Jacobson of Pearland and grandson Tyler Grant Dozier of Spurger. Liberty Hill Cemetery is located on Hwy 147 about 2.5 miles north of San Augustine.

It was our honor to know Tom as our brother in Christ. We are so glad to know we met Tom on our journey to heaven. The day he let Keith baptize him was a very happy day indeed.
