Hilda Gray Foster, 84, of Huntington, passed away February 13, 2015. She was born July 14, 1930, in White Sulphur Springs, WV, a daughter of the late Green Advil Bostic and Barbara Frances Caldwell Bostic. She was preceded in death by her husband Julian N. Foster; one sister Dorothy S. Fridley; one brother Kellous Merlin Bostic; one grandson Joshua Foster. She is survived by one daughter Sharon Schofield of Columbus, OH; two sons and daughter-in-law Robert Foster of Huntington and Ronald and Teresa Foster of Fleming Island, FL; grandchildren Angela Anderson, Kristi McGauley, and Kara Smith; four great grandchildren Josiah, Ellianna, Charlotte, and Julian. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, February 20, 2015, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Lee Fraley. Entombment will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington. Memorial contributions may be made to North East Florida Community Hospice, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL, 32257. So sorry to hear of Hilda's passing. Julian and Hilda were great neighbors when we lived on Nickel Plate Drive many years ago--fine people.
