Lucy Elaine "Betsy" Spell Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1954 - 2015 Lucy Elaine "Betsy" Spell Funeral services for Lucy Elaine "Betsy" Spell, 60, of Fred will be 10:00 am Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment to follow at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Spell passed away February 18, 2015 at her residence. Betsy was born in Kountze and was a lifelong resident of Fred. She worked at Helena Laboratories for many years. Betsy is preceded in death by her parents John and Myrtis Watts. Survivors include her husband Michael Carl Spell of Fred; sons Tyler Spell, Mike Spell and Jason Spell; daughter Carla Hays; brothers Bob Watts and Bill Watts, all of Fred; sisters Laverne Blanchard, Ima Jean Anding of Vidor and Charlene Garsee of Warren; and three grandchildren. Betsy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Was so sorry to not make Betsy's funeral. I loved her. Praying for the family in Jesus Name May they have strength to endure, peace of mind and comfort knowing we will see her again someday. Forever loved and never forgotten

My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. I used to work with Betsy at Helena. Betsy was a very lovely person she will truly be missed.
