Rosalie Galloway, 73, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday February 19, 2015 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. She was born April 18, 1941 in Lawrence County, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father Harry Walters; two brothers Buddy Lee Walters and Michael Dale Walters; and one sister Betty Anne Walters. She was a retired seamstress from Huntington Industries and was a member of Lucinda United Baptist Church. Rosalie is survived by her husband Bob Galloway; her mother Lucille Walters of Crown City, Ohio; one daughter Kathy Galloway Nutter (Ervin) of Proctorville, Ohio; one son Rob (Tammy) Galloway of Crown City, Ohio; five grandchildren Jacob Galloway, Cambria Rose Nutter, Jonathan Lee Galloway, Victoria Grace Galloway and Erin Day Cross; one sister Gloria Estep of Crown City, Ohio; one brother Larry (Tonya) Walters of Scottown, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor James Dailey. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2015 at the funeral home. Sister Lucille and family, I am sorry for the suffering you are going through, but am happy for Rosalie because she has completed her journey on earth and is with her Heavenly Father whom I hope we all can join with her some day. RIP Rosalie, I love you.
