Rebecca Dawn Dennis, 38, of South Point, Ohio passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Arbors at Gallipolis, Gallipolis, Ohio. She was born October 4, 1976 in Ironton, Ohio daughter of Naomi Carolyn Thompson of South Point, Ohio and the late Donald M. Thompson. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her son Jordan Moore; maternal grandfather Ray Kelley; and paternal grandparents Clarence Hilton and Alice Frances Thompson. She was a former employee of autism services and a member of Greater Love Temple in Burlington, Ohio. In addition to her mother she is survived by her maternal grandmother Ruth Kelley of Willow Wood, Ohio; two sons Austin Moore of Ashland, Ky and Davon Dennis of South Point, Ohio; one daughter Miranda Moore of South Point, Ohio; one brother Bill Thompson of South Point, Ohio; one sister Ruthie (Roger) Coleman of South Point, Ohio; and one niece Trinity Coleman of South Point, Ohio. A memorial service will be conducted 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Bishop Tony Aiken. Visitation will be held 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
