Vivian Ermalee Hatfield, 75, of Huntington, WV passed away Thursday March 19, 2015 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born January 24, 1940 in Proctorville, Ohio on Slate Run on Homestead, daughter of the late Finley and Zilla Brown Farris. She worked as a cosmetologist and at many chains and hotels and restaurants. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband James Lee Hatfield, Sr. and six brothers, Odda, Ottie, Clayton, Collis, Merrill, and Marshall Farris; five sisters Mary Riley, Violet Murdock, Bessie, Betty, and Evelyn Farris. Vivian is survived by three daughters Judy Jo Mounts, Sherry Hill, and Jackie Hatfield; two sons James Lee Hatfield, Jr., and John Hatfield all of Huntington; daughter-in-law Tonya Hatfield and son-in-law Greg Hill; nine grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday March 24, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Rev. Eddie Salmons. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the funeral home.
