Funeral services for Emily Joyce Harris Mitchell, 72, of Silsbee will be 11:00 am Saturday April 11, 2015 at Lakeside Apostolic Church in Town Bluff with interment to follow in the Lakeside Cemetery under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday at 10:00 am until service time at the church.
Mrs. Mitchell passed away April 8, 2015 at Silsbee Oaks Health Care.
Emily was a native of China Texas and a longtime resident of Silsbee.
She is preceded in death by parents Jesse and Eve Bruce Harris; husband Jim Mitchell; and brothers Dana Harris and Jesse Harris.
Survivors include step-son Jimmy K. Mitchell of Pensacola; step-daughter Linda Marie Bertrand of Evadale; brother Bob Harris of Lumberton; and sister Linda Harris of Lumberton.
Mrs. Mitchell will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
