Claudia Mae McNeely Carter 81, of Kountze passed away April 20, 2015 at Silsbee Convalescent Center.

Mrs. Carter was a native of Silsbee and a longtime resident of Kountze.

Claudia is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Virgie Green McNeely.

Surviving children include sons James Carter, Johnny Carter, Billy Carter, Bobby Carter, and Toby Carter.
