Marilyn Ruth Webster age 84 died April 20, 2015 at Metron of Belding.
She was born on June 4, 1930 in Dearborn Michigan, the daughter of Vernon and Ida May (Lee) Van Fleet.
On June 6, 1947 she married Clayton D. Webster, who preceded her in death in 1988. They are survived by four children; Pamela (Ken) Rieli, Patricia Stokes, David (Carrie) Webster and Daniel Webster. Also surviving are four grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
As a member of Ionia First United Methodist Church, and following a love of Ionia history, she was appointed church historian in 1995, after many seasons of tending the flower gardens around the church.
With a wish for simplicity, she will be laid to rest next to Clayton at Balcom Cemetery, without memorials or visitations. Cremation has taken place.
