Debbie Ann Johnson, 58, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born March 11, 1957 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her father Freddie “Billy” Dement and grandson Paul Robert Johnson. She is survived by her mother Hilda Faye Dement of Chesapeake, Ohio; one son Paul Lee (Stacy) Johnson; one daughter Wendi “Nade” De’na Johnson; step son Jeremy Scott Prentice all of Chesapeake, Ohio; two grandchildren Desaree’ Nicole Lee Johnson and Paul Dylan Austin Johnson both of Coal Grove, Ohio; her loving husband George Blake; one sister Misty Mayo of Proctorville, Ohio; one niece Jessica Mayo of Proctorville, Ohio; one nephew Nicholas Mayo of Proctorville, Ohio; a special uncle Larry Salmons of Chesapeake, Ohio; two step grandchildren McKayla Burriss and Lindsey Cremeans; and many others that called her Gran. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Bert Combs. Burial will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake, Ohio. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the funeral home. Debbie was my school mate and we were great chums in school and , I wish I could have hooked back up with her before this , but I want to send all my love and prayers to her family and know that she was a very sweet and dear classmate / friend that I will never forget the good times in school . I love you dear friend , R.I.P AND PRAY I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN SOME DAY .
