 Robert Glen Morris, 74, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Monday, April 20, 2015 at Cornerstone Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born February 1, 1941 in Huntington, WV son of the late Leslie and Virgie Duty Morris. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Lewis Morris and an infant brother Ronnie. He is survived by his wife Betty Carol Bledsoe Morris; two children Kim Morris (Darrell Dement) of Chesapeake, Ohio and Mark (Candi) Morris of Athens, Ohio; three grandchildren Kami Dement, Nate Morris and Kristina Patton; one great grandson Jakorey Dement; three brothers James “Sam” (Nada) Morris, Michael (Sharon) Morris and Dale (Brenda) Morris; and one sister Betty (Chuck) Damron. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, April 24, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Rev. James “Sam” Morris. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Lilly’s Place, Team Toni or charity of one’s choice. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall. |

I'm sorry for your loss. I lived across the street from Glen for 17 years and I just loved him. He always reminded me of my dad and my favorite uncle. If you all need anything at all feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help out. I hope you find comfort knowing that he is in the arms of the Lord. He will be truly missed.

Glen was my manager for several years at Foodland and was always kind to me, I will miss him tremendously. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
