Daniel Cody Stokes Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1979 - 2015 Daniel Cody Stokes, 35, of Branchland, WV, passed away Monday, April 27, 2015. He was born May 30, 1979 in Huntington, WV, the son of Elizabeth Yvonne Mays Wright of Branchland, WV, and the late Wayne Lesley Stokes. He was an employee of the Darden Group. In addition to his mother he is survived by his stepfather Danny Wright; two sons, Logan Bishop Stokes and Wayne Michael Stokes; the love of his life and mother of his children, Alexandria Faith Kipp; three sisters and their husband, Misty and Scott Scarberry of Lesage, WV, Jamie and Steve Day of Salt Rock, WV, and Megan and Troy Kidd of Bowling Green, KY; his maternal grandmother, Pearl Mays of Branchland; six special nieces and nephews, Eva Dawn Scarberry, Jackson Lloyd Day, Gracie Ellen Day, Olivia Pearl Day, Lucas Kidd and Katelynn Kidd; and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in the Donald Mays Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to the services. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace. He will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends.

I'm just now finding ribs out & my heart aches. My family & I are so sorry to hear of Cody's passing. Our thoughts & prayers are with all of you.
