Mark Stephen WithrowMark Stephen Withrow, 54, passed away early Monday, April 27, 2015, at his home in Sugar Land, Texas. Born on June 19, 1960, to Carl Withrow and Mary Withrow Hunt of Huntington, WV. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather William Hunt and his son Mark Withrow. He is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years Pam Withrow, loving daughter Megan Tolliver and her husband Mike Tolliver, and two sweet granddaughters Gabbie and Marygrace Tolliver, his brother Carl Withrow, his sister Jane and Ben Drake, his step brother Billy and Mary McNeely, his mother in law Patty Tredway, one brother in law, Tom Tredway; five sister-in-laws, Rhonda and Garry Pyles, Vickie Myers, Brenda and Mark Fitzpatrick, Kimberly and Billy McCarty, Teresa and Gregg Davidson; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. He was lucky in love. Mark saw Pam for the first time walking down the hallway when he was 15 and he knew then he would marry her. They had been together ever since and had enjoy over 30 years of marriage. He was a loving husband and loved his family. Mark was a great father, an extremely devoted grandfather, a great friend to many and had a big heart. He was a proud and respected employee of BP. He had worked for the company since 2006 and was passionate and dedicated to his career. In April, he had earned the title of Vice President Procurement. He gave it his all whether it was to his work, his wife, his kids or his grandkids. He will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Mike Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 12 p.m. to 2p.m. before the funeral.
