1951 - 2015
Thomas R. Johnson, 64, of Culloden, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 3, 2015. He was born May 2, 1951. He was a member of Evergreen Hills Baptist Church. He retired from Bridgeport Equipment, Barboursville. He proudly served in the Army and National Guard for more than 30 years. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Clinton Johnson, and sister Patricia Lewis. Surviving are his wife Joyce Johnson, mother Oma Johnson, Brothers John Johnson (wife Dianne), Mark Johnson (wife Kathy), Joe Johnson and sister Helen Coleman and several nieces and nephews. Tom leaves behind many additional relatives and dear friends. Special thank you to Pastor Doug Bragg, pallbearers and singers. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Doug Bragg officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Gonna miss Tom but I know you are with our Lord and Savior. You battle is won. Joyce, I know you will be facing some lonely and sad times but I can tell you your faith in God will get you through. You and Tom were like Peck and I, interoperable. If you need me anytime and I mean this. You call me. Love and Prayers to you Joyce. RIP Tom.
