Betty Lou Neisess, 81, of Chesapeake, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Sunday May 17, 2015 in the Emogen Dolen Jones Hospice House. Betty was born September 18, 1933 in Milton, WV, daughter of the late Emory and Anna Chapman Meadows. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Douglas Neisess; one son, Jackie Norris; and five brothers and four sisters. Betty is survived by seven children, Juanita (Mike) Stroud, Dreama (Ray) Bartram, Phyllis (Rick) Adkins, Charles (Vickie) Norris, Scott (Tammy) Neisess, Steve (Patricia) Neisess, and Sheila (David) Stephens; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 PM Tuesday May 19, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Vernon Thompson. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton, WV.
