Our hearts are sad and we will miss Uncle Henry dearly. I would have loved for my grandkids and girls to have gotten to be around him more to see how much fun he was. I know he always had a smile and ready to see who his next victim was going to be! I loved having Easter with you all and I can remember watching him to see when he was going to make his move to scare my mom!! He got her every time sometimes twice! Keep his memory alive with stories for his grandkids and great grandkids to feel as if he was right there with them. You guys gave him an awesome service.

Henry was just a wonderful person. He always had a smile and a hug for me and usually some good natured teasing. The world is less one great man but JoEllen is reunited with him again. Love you all! Sammie, Chase and Thomas

Mr. Pickering will always be remembered by so many in the community because if his quick wit, great personality and smile and his selfless way of always helping out the other guy. He raised all of us kids of the 70's to show respect and to honor our parents. I have never forgotten those lessons he so subtly taught. God bless you guys at this time of your loss.
