Harold D. Parr, 78, of Buna passed away May 5, 2015 at his residence. He was born June 21, 1936 to Willis W. and Ila Mae Parr.
Mr. Parr was a native of Houston and a longtime resident of Buna. He was self employed and a retired fabrication technician. He served his country proudly for the United States Army.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents; wife Delanie Parr and brother Ray Parr.
Survivors include sons Harold Vernon Parr of Houston, Bryon Keith Parr of Houston, Robert Ray Parr of Katy, Steven Loller of Newton, Ronald Hare of Evadale; daughters Susan Elaine Plummer of Cuero, Rhonda Blair of CA, Danielle North of TN; brothers Robert Parr of Silsbee, Herbert Parr of Rusk; sisters Ila Mae Rankin of Lufkin, Margie Rasmussen of Missoula, MT; eighteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service at Knupple Park 12 noon Sunday June 7, 2015 under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home.
