Judy Ann Hooks Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1948 - 2015 Memorial services for Judy Ann Hooks, 66, of Silsbee will be 11:00 am Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Farmer Funeral Home. Mrs. Hooks was a native and lifelong resident of Silsbee. She was homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents Ray and Thelma Lee and husband Robert Raymond Hooks. Survivors include sons Gary Mathis, Jr. of Silsbee, Jeff Clowers of Spurger and Raymond Glenn Hooks of Shepherd; daughters Christy Prewitt of Buna, Jean McClelland of Town Bluff, Debra Sumner of Silsbee and Cathy Perry of Worthington, WV; sisters Janet Bradley of North Carolina and Jerri Cheshire of Houston; nineteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
