1940 - 2015
William Lloyd Leffingwell, 74, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Friday, June 5, 2015 at home. He was born June 27, 1940 in Huntington to the late Fred and Geneva Leffingwell. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers Junior and Carl Leffingwell; two sisters Margaret "Sissy" Black and Irene Lucas. He was retired from Ashland Oil. Lloyd is survived by two daughters Shawna and Shirley Leffingwell; two granddaughters Heather Watson and Andrea McIntyre; grandson Joshua Leffingwell, one great grandchild Nicholas Watson, and expecting another soon; one sister Linda Neely of Proctorville; along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville Ohio, by Rev. Eddie Salmons. Burial will follow at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at the funeral home. Dear family ....so sorry to hear about passing of Lloyd ....I always enjoyed talking to him ...always made me laugh ...haven't seen or talked to him in years... I feel your pain ...my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time of sorrow ....
