Dorothy was a Sweety. I remember when her and Virgil accepted Christ as their Savior under Pastor Rick Frazer at Beulah Baptist Church. She always had a smile on her face and welcomed you joyfully into her home. I also remember the time I took our Youth from Living Grace Bible Church to do their puppet show for her at her house. She was thoroughly blessed by the kids and loved having them visit her. Love you Dot and look forward to seeing you in heaven!

The Karnes family were old friends with Dot & Virgil. We lived next door to them on 4th Ave. for quite a few years. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of them .Dot loved to lay out in the sun in the summer.I would go over and rub suntan lotion on her back . She would also take me to the movies , this I think was for payment so I wouldn't be so noisy when she was trying to sleep while on night shift . And most of all talking about her Water Bug Pie. God bless her , I loved her so much. She will be missed by many ! Yvonne Karnes Farber (Derby ,Kansas)
