Cremation arrangement was entrusted with Farmer Funeral Home for Earl Shaver 76, of Spurger on June 22, 2015. Mr. Shaver passed away June 21, 2015 at his residence.
He was a native of Burkeville and was a longtime resident of Woodville before moving to Spurger about a year ago.
He was a self employed tree trimmer.
Earl is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Ida Shaver.
Survivors include his wife Doris Shaver of Spurger; sons Earl Henry Shaver of Kentucky, and Ira Steven Shaver of St. Claire, Florida; daughters Mary Christine Creel of Silsbee, Janet Renee Shaver Dayton of Silsbee, and Kimberly Dawn Shaver Essary of Spurger; brother Carl Shaver of Jasper; sixteen grandchildren and thirty-three great grandchildren. Mr. Shaver will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Arrangements for a memorial service will be made at a later date.
