 Martha Susan “Susie” Anderson, 90, of Lesage, WV passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born February 8, 1925 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Harry V. and Georgia Callicoat Sanns. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years Ray Anderson and four siblings. She was a honorary member of Cox Landing Womens Club. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law Polly Sue and Sam Allen of Huntington, WV; two sons Harry O’Neil and Rebecca Anderson of Lesage, WV and Herbert R. Anderson of Barboursville, WV; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. A service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Rev. Julia Bolling officiating. Private family burial will be in Greenbottom Cemetery, Lesage, WV. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the funeral home. We took my parents, Richard & Martha Anderson to visit Ray & Susie at the end of August. We were stunned and sadden to hear of their passing. I am thankful that Marty and I looked them up several years ago on behalf of my dad. We go to Hatteras at least once a year and almost always stop in for a visit. Rest in peace, we will miss you both.

So sorry to hear of Susie's passing. I have such fond memories of her when I was a child. I'm sure she will be missed. Prayers for comfort
