Frances Forth Bowen, 86, of Barboursville, WV passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at home. She was born September 18, 1928 in Huntington, WV to the late William and Lizzie Kingrey Webb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands James F. Allison, James Forth and Bill Bowen; one sister Georgiana Harris; and one brother Raymond Webb. She retired from Bailey Cafeteria and was a member of the First Church of Nazarene. She is survived by one daughter Diana Whaley of Huntington; two stepsons Patrick Forth of Columbia, SC and Mike Forth of Crown City, Ohio; caregivers Freddie Johnson, Autumn Bledsoe, and Jackie Fiedler; and very special friends: honorary pallbearer Paul, Wanda, Kathy, Midge, Goldie, Grace, JoAnn, Dreama, and Louise Chapman. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Hospice of Huntington. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Bob Weaver and Pastor Dallas Moore. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the funeral home.
