Julie Ann Allen Reinsmith, 45, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at home after an extended illness. She was born May 31, 1970 in Ironton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father Walton Allen; and her grandparents Oakley and Elizabeth Allen, Delmar “Buster” and Joann Snyder. She is survived by her husband Thomas Reinsmith; her mother and step-father Shelly and Donald Justice of Wheelersburg, Ohio; sisters Betty (Mike) Semones of Wheelersburg, Ohio and Mary Crawford of Wheelersburg, Ohio; brother Donald Jr. (Beth) Justice of Wheelersburg, Ohio; step-daughters Holly and Amber; step-son T.J. all of Chillicothe, Ohio, step granddaughters Lexie and Layla; and the children she thought of as her own a niece Holly; nephews Zachary, Justin, and Donald, Jr.; a special aunt Georgianna Burton; special friend Danny; her buddy Kenny Burton; as well as several other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Burton Neace officiating. Burial will follow in Horeb Cemetery, Oak Hill, Ohio. Visitation will be held 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
