Robert Sherman Watts, 68, of Proctorville, Ohio, died Monday, July 20, 2015, at VA Medical Center in Huntington. He was a husband, father, grandfather, and serviceman who was active service 1966-1968 Vietnam Army branch Special Forces. He was preceded in death by his parents Christopher Watts, and Dorothy Smith. He is survived by his siblings Linda Haines, Diane Hodgkinson, and Marcia Johnson. He was also survived by his devoted wife Joy Watts, and children Janine Pelfrey, Robert Watts Jr., Marcia Watts, Ianna Watts, Rose Wilson and Joy R. Watts. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren. Viewing will be conducted 11:30 to 12:30, Thursday at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville. Graveside service at 2:00 pm, at Donald C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Charleston, West Virginia.
