 Rebecca Ellen "Becky" Hurst Ford, 67, of Charleston, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2015. She was born February 24, 1948 in Charleston, a daughter of the late Frazier and Clela LeNore Casto Hurst. Becky was a 1969 graduate of St Mary’s School of Nursing, and attended Bible Center Church regularly. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Larry Ford; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Eric and Dr. Lora Ford, of Hurricane; three sisters, Sharon Gay Dix, Toni Leeber and her husband Rick, of Beckley and Cindy Lovell and her husband Doug, of Sophia; two grandsons, Jacob and Joshua Ford, and mother-in-law and father -in-law, Betty Ford of Barboursville, and the late Haskell Doug Ford. Becky had a shining change your day smile and a heart to serve. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Bible Center Church, 100 Bible Center Drive, Charleston, WV by Dr. Paul Legg. Graveside services will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. Monday at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Visitation will be Sunday from 1-3 p.m. at the Bible Center Church, Charleston. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV 25311. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace. I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I so agree that her smile was infectious. I did not know she was ill. I only know she was always friendly when she picked up her grandchildren every day.
