 Robert Alan Lee, Jr., 68, of Proctorville, Ohio was called home on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born March 13, 1947 in Huntington, WV son of the late Mary Perkins Redman and Robert Lee, Sr. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years LaVerne Lee; step father Dircus Redman; three brothers Neal Lee, Gates Redman and Andy Lee; one sister Gail Redman; and special niece Melissa Curtis. He was employed with Owens Illinois for 25 years and then retired from Special Metals in 2014 after nearly 20 years of service. He is survived by his children Tara (Kevin) Alin, Christopher Lee and Terrence (Amanda) Lee; grandchildren Nevaeh Elkins, Kanye Lee, Tamarkus Lee, Tayanna Alin and T. R. Alin; siblings David Lee, Lance (Kim) Redman, Peter (Betty) Redman, Dorothy “Princess” Curtis and Daniel Redman. He enjoyed multiple hobbies of watching westerns and science fiction, yard work, listening to music and country cooking. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Rev. Reginald Hill officiating. Entombment will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. Visitation will be held 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at the funeral home.
