Rama Norene Manning, 82, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Monday, August 17, 2015 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born March 14, 1933 in PInoak, WV daughter of the late Abner Ray Mills and Neva Baldwin Mills. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands Bernard Davis and Dolin Manning; step son Tommy Manning; son-in-law Tom Billups; and step grandson Ronny Neal. She is survived by two daughters Victoria Billups and Cynthia Bailey; two sons Barry (Joyce) Davis and Dean (Jennifer) Manning; three step sons Bill (Mary) Manning, Ed (Linda) Manning, and Ronnie (Beth) Manning; two step daughters Frances (Jim) Fry and Sherri (Randy) Neal; six grandchildren; M.C. Bailey, Yolanda Guidi (David), Lisa Oliver (Alex), Brianna Davis (Fiance Marcus Patrick), Bryce Manning, and Ryan Manning; 15 step grandchildren; Ashley Dawson(Daniel), Mary Nellis (Todd), Beth Geier (Scott), Tom Manning (Melanie), Katie Fulcher (Matt), Debbie Pencarinha (Mike), Mike Fry, Shawn Fry (Stephanie), Emily Manning, Meredith Manning, Eric Manning, Rachel Hawthorne, Justin Hawthorne, Ashley Neal, and Randy Neal; four great grandchildren; 25 step great grandchildren; and faithful companions Gracie and Izzy. She retired from Huntington State Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Jason Morris. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, August 22, 2015 at the funeral home.
