Loved Bro. Ed dearly. His life meant a great deal to me. I just spoke with him on the phone a few days ago and as always he was praising God and telling how good God was to him. Im extremely thankful for the good Christian life this man lived and for the witness he leaves behind. If only we all would fashion our lives as he did his. See you one glorious morning Bro Ed.

Uncle Ed could always out a smile on your face whether it was him being funny or being serious. His heart was full of love toward everyone he met. I will never forget the times I would sit with him and Mamaw around the table and beforehand listening to him pray before each meal. The prayers were often long but truly from the heart and sincere. You will be missed by us all.
