Funeral services for Michael Wayne Henderson, 61, of Colmesneil, are 11:00 am Monday, August 31, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Colmesneil with interment following at Colmesneil City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until time of service at the church.
Mr. Henderson passed away August 27, 2015 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
Michael was born in Silsbee and a longtime resident of Colmesneil. He was a boilermaker by trade.
Mr. Henderson is preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Ivy Bilbo Henderson.
Survivors include his wife Carol Higginbotham Henderson of Colmesneil; sons Chris Henderson and Robert Henderson of Buna; step-son Tommy Higginbotham of Tyler; brothers Terry Henderson and Brian Henderson, both of Lumberton; sisters Brenda May, Glenda Craft and Earline Fisher, all of Houston and Rita Henderson of Beaumont; grandchildren Destiny and Robert Scott and step-grandchildren Melissa, Alecia and Lacy.
