 Elvin Lee Clagg, 78, of Glenwood, WV passed away Monday, September 21, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 24, 2015 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Rev. Mark Hesson and Rev. Doug Spurlock. Burial will be in Union Ridge Cemetery. He was born June 6, 1937 in Milton, a son of the late Elza and Dessie Arthur Clagg. He was retired from USF Holland and Smith Transfer. He was a member of Chestnut Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Elvin is survived by his wife, Mary Ruth Spurlock Clagg; two sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel Ray and Denise Clagg of Glenwood, and Wayne and Donna Clagg of Milton; one sister and brother-in-law, Eva Mae and Opie Edwards of Milton; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ebert and Virginia Clagg of Ona, and Ellis and Brenda Clagg of Hurricane; five grandchildren, Amanda and Jeff Clark, Steven Clagg, Timmy and Michelle Daniels, Lisa and David Williams and Susan Clagg; two great- grandchildren, Raygan and Rylee Williams, and his special friend at Local #505 Teamsters Retiree Club. Pallbearers will be Steven Clagg, Jeff Clark, Timmy Daniels, David Williams, Ellis Clagg, Rex Clagg, Danny and Wayne Clagg.
