Dennis Morris Butcher Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1949 - 2015 Dennis Morris Butcher, 65, of Huntington, WV, passed away September 25, 2015. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, by Minister Jason Adams. He was born October 4, 1949, in Logan, WV, a son of the late Ray and Juanita Null Butcher. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Samuel Butcher and Gilbert Butcher. He retired from Steel of WV Local 37, he served in the United States Army during Vietnam in the 101st Airborne. He is survived by his wife, Judy Curry Butcher; one daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Dale Nelson; one son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Kim Butcher; one grandchild, Kanyon Nelson; one sister and brother-in-law, Nat and Don Ellison; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Zibe and Rose Butcher and Joe and Gail Butcher; sister-in-law, Linda Butcher; long time special friends, Paula and Ronnie. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be sent to the Barboursville Veterans Home 512 Water Street, Barboursville, WV, 25504. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

So sorry to hear about Denny. I remember all his help when Kim played softball and Denny coming to all the games and practice. I am out of town on vacation and cannot make it to visitation. I will be thinking of you the next few days. Linda Hensley
